GET STARTED
You can get started with Lyca Mobile by following these easy steps:
Insert your Lyca Mobile SIM card in to your mobile and switch it on
Top up your Lyca Mobile(A Minimum top-up is required for activating the new sim.)
You can now make and receive calls and SMS from your Lyca Mobile
If you need any assistance, refer to the user guide that you received with your SIM card pack or call Customer Services on 322 from your Lyca Mobile or 020 7132 0322 from another phone. Visit our Contact us page for service charges.
TOP UP YOUR BALANCE
You can buy Lyca Mobile Top-up vouchers from your local retailer. The voucher will show a PIN either printed on it or underneath a scratch panel. To top up your balance in the UK using your Lyca Mobile, either;
Enter *131*PIN# press send, or
Dial 321 (or 92#) and follow the instructions.

To Top up your balance from another phone or while you are abroad:
Dial +447404 000 321 and follow the instructions
CHECK YOUR BALANCE
You can check your balance at any time
To check your balance in the UK using your Lyca Mobile either:
Enter *131# (or 94#), press send and your balance will be shown on your Lyca Mobile screen or;
Dial 321 (or 95#) and listen to your balance
To check your balance while you are abroad:
Dial +447404 000 321 and listen to your balance
ACCESS YOUR VOICEMAIL
Using your Lyca Mobile Voicemail, you can:
Listen to messages left for you
Record a welcome message to enable callers to recognise you
Your voicemail settings
Select the preferred language
To access your voicemail:
Dial 121 when you are in the UK or
Dial +447404000121 when you are roaming and follow the instructions
Note: You can access your voicemail only from your Lyca Mobile SIM.
